2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data needed to respond to you. This site has no user accounts, no private area and no payment gateway: unless you fill in the form, we never learn who you are.
- Contact form: name, company, sector, email address and the content of your message. You provide all of it voluntarily when you submit the form.
- Website language: resolved solely from your own browser's language settings, with no network request and without querying your IP address. The site calls no geolocation service.
- Language preference: stored in your browser's
localStorageso we don't have to ask again. It is functional data, it identifies no one and it is never copied to our systems. - Server technical logs: the web server records each request (IP address, timestamp, requested resource and user agent) for diagnostics and security.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and sending the information requested | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Commercial follow-up of the enquiry and preparation of a proposal | Pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Displaying the site in your language | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Site security and prevention of abuse and automated submissions | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Compliance with legal, commercial and tax obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@agentflowing.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
4. Third Parties That Process Your Data
We use the following providers to operate the service. All of them act as processors under Article 28 GDPR:
- Hostinger International UAB (private server hosting the website and the automation) — Lithuanian company, servers within the European Union. Privacy policy
- Self-hosted n8n (receiving and routing the form) — runs on the controller's own server, inside the infrastructure above. No managed n8n service or other intermediary is involved.
- Google LLC — Google Sheets (record of the contact request) — US company. Privacy policy
International transfers: Google LLC may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. Such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not disclose your data to any other third party except where legally required.
Fonts and all other site assets are served from our own domain: the site loads no files from third-party content delivery networks and makes no third-party requests when rendering.
5. Data Retention
- Contact form data: up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. If you withdraw consent sooner, it is deleted at that point.
- Contractual relationship data, should your enquiry become a project: for the duration of the contract plus 6 years, under applicable Spanish commercial and tax obligations (Art. 30 of the Commercial Code).
- Server technical logs: a maximum of 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Language preference: remains in your browser until you clear the site's data. It never reaches our systems.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process and obtain a copy.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request its deletion (“right to be forgotten”).
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Restriction: restrict processing in the cases provided for by law.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without retroactive effect on prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, free of charge, write to support@agentflowing.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration:
- Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS, with forced redirection and HSTS.
- A restrictive Content-Security-Policy and browser protection headers.
- A static site, with no database or admin panel exposed: there is no application attack surface.
- Form automation hosted on our own controlled infrastructure, minimising exposure to third parties.
- Access to the data limited to strictly necessary personnel.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
This site uses no cookies: none of our own, none from third parties, no analytics and no advertising. We also use no profiling or cross-site tracking tools.
The only storage we use is your browser's localStorage, for a strictly functional purpose: remembering your language preference. It identifies no one and is shared with nobody. As technical storage necessary for the functionality you requested, it requires no consent banner.
9. Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and organisations, and its use is reserved for persons over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with their data, we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. If a change materially affects processing based on your consent, we will notify you by email before applying it.
